Does your company do something like this for their year end celebration? I wish I could say that we here at norrisphoto did. As you can guess, the year-end party I threw my team at Acapulco Mexican restaurant is a little embarrassing in comparison to what Oaktree Capital did at J-Lounge this year.
I personally loved the grand entrance way. It really had the WOW factor down with the red carpet, line of attendants ready to take your car, champagne ready, and two statues holding lit balls of splendor. All these items were brought in by the event company to decorate the space.
This event was certainly a pleasure to be able to photograph. Later, I learned more about Oaktree and their focus on ethical financial practices. As a photographer, it’s an honor to really believe in the client’s you are serving. They really are fantastic people and if I had interest in an investment background, this company would be my dream company to work for. Thankfully, I’m a photographer and so I’m happy to be able to work with them in this capacity.
