The ceremony for this wedding was held at on one of the Fantasea Yachts in Marina Del Rey. Photographing on a yacht is always a treat. They offer such a different experience for photography then a standard hotel or church wedding and if you like boats, Fantasea Yachts really is the only game in town. They really have weddings down to a system.
The couple decided to do the reception back at the dock in Fantasea’s reception hall. Surprisingly this was an excellent decision. Moving back to shore I would have expected it to take time away from the event, but they had it timed perfectly.
The room was beautiful and well lit for photography which made it easy for us plus it was much more comfortable for guests. A wide space made it easier for the guests to see all of the festivities.
